Nothing they just give better compensation to peers and it's fixed.

No Work life balance if you are in Mahindra project most of the people in Mahindra project only. Pathetic work condition. Managers keep on tracking you calling you even in night at 11-12. They share your number with Customer and this nonsense Mahindra PPL will also call u chase you anytime in day, night, weekend. Very bad work and culture. Managers don't know how to talk they just try to throw work at you without listening to issues. Infrastructure is bad, location in Whitefield where nearby flats too costly....Read More
