1. Very bad management. 2. Increment never happens on time (even sometimes it gets delayed by 6 months or more). 3. Senior people and management don't know how to give space to the employees. They interfere on employees' personal life. 4. Seniors of the teams don't guide freshers properly. But at the time of work, they create pressure on them. 5. Seniors do lot of miscommunication to the management and fot that normal employees and juniors gets stuck on false position sometimes. 6. They sometimes say one amount of salary at the time of hiring, but later on they give lesser offer. 7. They don't knoe how to give value to the employees. It is like, even if you leave, we don't care, we will hire someone else. 8. Security is a big concern. 9. They are working on a fresher model right now. So basically they are completing their projects with the freshers by giving little amount of stipends and then they are throwing them out, as the are interns....Read More

1.ACs doesn't work at all. 2. Coffee machine area is always dirty 3. Have to call admin people for water and other basic things. 4.Desk are not clean. 5.Water bottles are dirty, they don't change the water regularly. 6. Office is full of cockroach, they don't schedule for deep cleaning . 7. Manager doesn't have technical knowledge.Shows partiality and favouritism towards his favourite employees. 8. Managers are pets of management who only barks when management tell them to bark. 9. They will fire you without any prior notice even you are good performing employee. 10. They use out dated technologies and there is absolutely no scope of development or learning in this company. 11. They will not give your appraisal saying the company is not earning enough money and they can't give you the money that you have worked hard for the entire year. 12. Appraisal and confirmation are always delayed. 13. You never get appreciated for your work. 14. You can't take your own earned leaves whenever you want. 15. The vp is South Indian and have no respect for his employees. 16. The HR and admin teams always gossip with each other and don't do any actual work. 17. Poor cyber security awareness in the company and the security manager has no technical knowledge. 18. They prohibit you from using your mobile phones and fire you on the basis of CTO's choice. 19. 1. If you really want to work with latest Technology then ARC is the best, you will hardly find a good software Product Company in Kolkata like ARC!!! 2. I have never seen such smooth and prompt actions from HR Team never before, they always helpful to resolve our issues 3. Salary- As per Kolkata Standerd, they offer really decent salary. 4. ARC having its big Game Zone in Kolkata office, which is really awesome and even they organize their Sports Carnival including internal Cricket/Football match every year 5. Colleagues are very much helpful and work culture is good 6. Job stability is there, they celebrate tenure appreciations every year which means ARC awarded the employees who have completed their 5 and 10 years in the organization 7. 1. Pantry is in 7th Floor Only, it should be in 6th floor too 2. Lifts are not working properly, though there is special lift in 7th floor but for 6th floor you have to use old lift 3. No Smoking Zone
