Honestly speaking, I didn't get to stick around that long to understand what's good about the company.

I have had one of the worst & nightmare experiences of working in a company like this one in my 11+ years career span. It is an organisation where the internal decision making is guided by an external force. I was interviewed for the Content Manager position, a position for which the HR had no defined Job Description, to begin with.After an initial scrutiny & portfolio sharing, I was diverted for a technical round of interview with a creative & brand custodian who is a creative consultant of the organisation. After initial discussions, I was hired and was directly put on assignments without any defined JD or KRA. Even though I was hired as a content specialist, I was assigned multi-faced Job marketing responsibilities, which I pleasantly took up as I belong to the marketing background. Everything seemed well for an initial couple of weeks, but suddenly, the moody creative consultant started pointing out illogical mistakes which could have easily rectified after a proof reading sessions. As he is an influential person in the organisation & i was a month old in the organisation, one fine day I get an PIP initiation email from the HR. Rather than accepting a PIP, I decided to quite, and put an formal resignation which was immediately accepted. On top of all this, illogical and unproffesional behaviour, Now even after 5 Months as on 8th May 2021,i am still awaiting my Full n Final Settlement, even after a number of follow up emails, Calls & Messages to the HR. We are going office only 3 days the rest of the days we do work from home. Every week the office is sanitised. We follow all the guidelines of WHO in our office. Very flexible hours provided us to do work.

I had joined Arrivae with an intention of learning and developing skills, however my overall experience with Arrivae was average. The company is dominated by people with no knowledge in the design field. Also I couldn't see any career growth as well.

Dislikes

I did meet some good people at Arrivae Pune, and that was the only good part of the work. Also incase you planning to join and quit at any given point in time, do not wait for their full and final settlement. I have quit since past 4 mths and I am still chasing the management and the HR to confirm the date of release of the FnF.
