I like the attitude, behaviours and nature of people around me. My manager is very helpful and friendly in every way.. I really like the culture of this company where they put efforts on teaching new skills to neophytes so that they can handle difficult situations on their own instead of making them dependent on others to solve their problems.

Dislikes

I am so much confident to say that small things which a person dislikes can me override by the good things they experience here.

The project managers and your colleagues are very helpful. The management and seniors you work with are very understandable and have reasonable expectations. Flexibility of working hours is also a major plus point.

There are no such major issues. Your training and development and understanding the technologies you work on takes time so that you can contribute to the project / team you work on.
