Working for past 8 years and got no promotion due to internal politics. No growth in salary aswell. But due to new tech. available to learn,i am still working.

Dislikes

Internal politics is too much.

Team outing will be there for every quarter, Good work life balance (Inspite of working in UK Shift), Good & free food, Free cab for pick up & drop, Less stress and decent package & hike. Very good IT company.

Dislikes

UK shift timing is 2pm to 11pm, reaching home post 11pm is bit difficult and one of the disadvantage. Work stress depends upon manager and project. In general, a cool workplace.
