Everything, there’s a strict stringent policy at work regarding 9 hour complete working. No one can leave office before they have completed their 9 hour shift. Guards note down your in and out timing + they monitor everything move of an employee. You can never have a private conversation in office as the entire office is bugged, andone of the founder actually keeps an eye on every employee and listens to the conversation.
