Good culture, with enough flexibility given to consultants (but may vary depending on the project you're working on). Overall a good place to work

Dislikes

Work life balance can get regularly impacted if you're on a bad project, and your learning and job satisfaction depends a lot on the project you're on, which is largely out of your control, as project allocation happens randomly

People are generally good. Projects are challenging and learning curve is steep as well.

Dislikes

They take people from Toer 2 & 3 collegesat Conailtant level, which might make a Tier 1 college guy feel secluded for being at the wrong place. Pay is low by at least 30% - 40% for a Tier 1 guy, compared to other consulting firms.
