Unfortunately, the diagnostic division is in a bad hand. unskilled leader who's having poor business sense and 3rd class leadership style with 0 listening and understanding capacity and they are running a company in an autocratic style. Management must review leader performance and put in PIP as early as possible.

Company is good , HR policies and Hr functions are too good. Only issue i felt is that Senior managment kept low target for potential terrirtoy like Mumbai and Gujarat , NCR, delhi so that they can achieve target easily and survive but for B type tier 2 state where market is too difficult knowingly keeping target so high so that person in the respective territory will have to quite under target pressure. Else everything is good. Leader ship of entire organization were supportive....Read More
