You can work independently sometimes from home as well. Office timing can also be adjustable if you are working good.

Dislikes

They expect us to work day night but when you ask for salary increase they will only procrastinate. Appraisal is very low. In case you are working very hard and think by completing the project you get admiration but opposite might happens.

Appraisal is not good. Delay in appraisal. Taking so much from client and not giving even 40% Such companies need to be blacklisted from all clients.

Job Insecurity, Terrible behaviour with Employees. They are not available on call If you try to discuss with them. They do not reply for mail. Change Policy based on their convenience. Notice period reduced from 60 days to 30 days. If contract is going to finish with client AWC will not put you on other client even send mail to putu in notice period and will release on same day as u last working day at client side.There is no proper company notice period to survive.Your last working day will be last working day at client side.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> If u ask for appraisal either they will not respond on call and even mail or they will try to put u on another client parallely then only they will increase ur salary</mark>.
