The number one fault is HR team & policy, whatever the concerns you have and discussed with HR about working practices, the leads and management those will be directly shared by the HR head to management to suppress the employees who raised the concerns. Since 2022 Till day whatever concerns I had raised those still not even touched. HR team is in close connection with the leadership so whatever the leadership decides, the HR team will follow. Employees and their concerns are directly thrown to dustbin as soon as it was raised. I wish the labour department directly conduct a voluntary survey or audit to listen to us....Read More

The company, facility and the process are awesome.

Dislikes

The biggest failure is its HR team. Whenever the harassment complaints raised they will close the matter internally and protect the accused from the crime scene. A simple example to that is one Team lead called Varsha(Valentina) making the atmosphere vicious and has almost 10 harassment complaints on her name but still being protected.
