This is the only Company in India that follows 4 day work model on biweekly basis. Ex- you get every alternate Friday as a holiday along with your Saturdays and Sundays, in a month 10 Mandatory leaves. Also Learning Curve is Exponential as you Interact with stakeholders globally and you always solve a problem that is building and supporting a better future for Electric Vehicles.

- On the Compensation part if you compare this with startup, salary isn't much, but if you seek work life balance, this is your trump card. - Clarity of what is required to excel is confusing, If you don't know what are your performing metrics as they change out of the blue without intimation.

SRS provides us the platform to work on our skills and grow in the same with lots of learning opportunities. 3. People of SRS are very helpful and always prompt with the support. Leaders and Management are also approachable.

1. SRS has a bit strange Year-end review system because your line manager might not directly oversee the work you are doing and get inputs for your work from you or your project manager. This causes a lack of exposure to the work you do on a daily basis and might result in a blurry assessment of your work. 2. No shift allowances.

What i really like about working at shell is the flexibility it offers. The 9/80 schedule, where we get an additional Friday off every alternate week, is amazing and helps a lot with work-life balance.
