Infrastructure is vibrant and full of fun seemingly. Payrolls are regular on a fixed date. Opportunities to display and develop ownership in work. No screen tracking system. Open environment with freedom of innovation in work.

Some irrelevant policies which are not at all in favor of employees have got implemented. Different allowance for WFH for different departments, hence high sense of inequality. Layoff drive conduction even after excellent work contribution and top internal reviews.
