The organization produces Sugar, Ethanol, and Power. There is no criteria for appointment so even you do not have any specific degree then also you can hold some good position in the organization.

Dislikes

The organization does not have any work culture, the top management does not promote any creativity in the work. There is no salary structure in the organization as it is possible that any one who had join as a junior may have high salary package than you (as in my case). There is no job security unless you have a strong source in management. No learning environment as there is literally no budget for training of the employee. Work life balance is extremely poor (exploitation of employee) people are forced to work without weekly rest for whole crushing season (5-6 months continuously). Top management mostly uses abusive language to communicate. No feedback mechanism....Read More
