Worst department is supply chain, preference given to 1- Preferred Bengali guy 2- ISWBM guy 3- relative 4- old company colleges will hire from unilever 5- promotion to own circle guy

If you are not preferred then 1- no increment 2- everyday 5 to 6 harassment mail 3- ready for abusive word like MC BC 4- any day you will loose job 5- no settlement of dues on time 6- if you are not Bengali then you will be hunted , all the mud on your head 7- If you resign or take resign then in any case they will call your future companies so you don’t get job 8- seniors like Subhashish ghosh will destroy your mental and physical health, who himself don’t know anything...Read More
