Team politics, work environment is toxic Senior members of the team treat new members as subordinate. No interaction, and no help by seniors on understanding the work. You are on your own, learn the work and do it yourself. They belittle and say mean things to juniors for smallest mistake. Take credits for good work and put the blame on juniors for all wrongs.

It is great experience working with bank of America, the only reason why i want to quite bank of America is i have got enough experience there and i want to move further in my career with the knowledge i have gained in bank of America, i am sure i will get more opportunities where i can grow and work for the organization development.

This job is fast paced, but i was privileged to wok with some excellent teammates, we worked together,and everything was a team effort ,good pay,good benefits.one of the best management teams.
