The company on a global level is fantastic and takes care of its employees in terms on facilities, salary, development, global placement as well & you can feel it.

You have to leave your self esteem outside the company gate and be in the good books of the company leadership. Only then you are safe, else god help you. The management In India doesn't necessarily pass all the benefits to the employee which are available globally.
