For the right candidate encouragement is given to implement their ideas to increase business. Easy access to Management for sharing of thoughts,concerns. During Covid times also management had supported employees with no salary deduction and paid travelling allowances and ALSO GIVEN INCREMENT TO ALL EMPLOYEES. No deduction of salary,leaves and absolute job security in times like Covid. Free Vaccination drive, medical assistance to employees effected with Covid systoms. Salary and Increments - The management had ensured that during lockdown salary was paid on time without any deductions. Travel reimbursements were given to the employees considering their safety. Increments were given to the employees. 3. Work Culture - This is the first company to send cakes for parents and make them feel special on Birthdays.
