If your teammates are good then it'll be a smooth ride for you.

Compensation are not par with industry and you won't get a good appraisal even if you've done everything because they have pre defined appraisal set for you. There are barley 1 event for employees bonding in 2 quarters and biggest disadvantage is for WFH employee. If you're not favourite of your manager then you won't get what you ask for, no matter you're good fit for that or not. Consider other company over this as appraisal is not good and base salary is not compatible at all....Read More

They pramote person who able to teach other new joiners,beacause they can't afford experience employee salary, so that they hire new fresher and teach them, in that why they can maintain there salary cost. Nothing the worst company ever worked. It's a scam they make you sign a bond for two years and send notices to your home and email. They are frauds.

A good manager can make or break you. And they have the toxic ones

Dislikes

This is the worst company that you can choose after your articleship. Firstly they make you sign a Bond for 2 years if you leave before that period you will have to pay the damage cost of 6 months of salary. You will not be able to leave the company without paying the damage cost and they won't give you the experience certificate without paying the damage cost. They tell the damage cost is because of the training they provide but it the worst training I have ever seen. Too much of politics between the managers. And the human resource team behaves like a credit recovery agents for recovering the damage cost. Please take suggestion from the particular team members about the team before joining befree....Read More
