"While working at Marg ERP LTD, I observed several issues that made the experience challenging. There is little to no room for career growth, and the company has a reputation for quick hiring and firing, which creates job insecurity. Internal politics is a serious issue, often overshadowing genuine talent and creating a toxic work environment. There is a significant lack of appreciation or recognition for hard work, with seniors sometimes taking credit for subordinates' efforts. The work-life balance is poor, with unrealistic target pressure and constant deadlines. Additionally, expenses are often deducted unfairly, and there is a lack of professionalism in certain areas, making it a stressful place to work long-term."...Read More

The HR policies are extremely poor. Only 1 CL is provided per month, and it’s a 6-day working week. Rarely, 2nd or 3rd Saturday is off, but usually, that’s not the case. Salary expectations are not met. Candidates are unnecessarily kept on hold and then hired at lower salaries. The candidate experience is highly unprofessional. Specifically, hr does not treat candidates respectfully and seems to consider them as tools to work for low pay. There is no work-life balance at all. After working 20 days, you earn 1 leave, which is carried over to the next year and cannot be availed within the same year. Overall, it feels like a "labor exploitation" environment with no regard for employee well-being. Advice to Management: Focus on improving HR policies and candidate handling. Employees deserve respect and fair treatment. For long-term success, the company must introduce better work-life balance and transparent processes....Read More
