1. BDO promote their employees every year. It usually requires minimum 1.5yrs of experience at each level to get promotion. 2. BDO often trained their employees but that's not enough to perform your duties. They'll train basic things which you already know, It's like revision. 3. Office party and office games. 4. Flexible time.

1. Super Toxic managers and senior. On 2nd month after joining, my senior called me at 12am and verbally harrassed me. Just because I texted one of the US person (that US person asked me to text them) 2. Gender Discrimination. Admin refused to give me pedestal just because I am a man. This is just one of the cases of gender Discrimination I faced in this company. 3. Too much Corporate Politics and Favouritism. 4. Zero work life balance. 12hrs. Of working and you have to work on Saturday and for that you'll never get any extra bonus or pay. 5. Manager forced you to undercharge your hours....Read More

The organisation offers great work life balance. However it can also depends on your team. Even though the company offers 2 days WFO and asks for only 6 hours to be in office and rest we can work from home but there are few managers within IS Assurance team who forces you to come and stay late in the office untill night, otherwise you will not get promoted.Knowledge lacks within them and the quality of work in BDO is poor and is detoriating day by day. Manager saves team budget and spend among themselves. They favours who blindly follow them and discourages who asks questions and prove the wrong. There are some gems within team and a lot of fools. So choose wisely. If you want to grow your skill set and learn, don’t join BDO but if you want to enjoy and have work life balance and want to be part of some crispy office politics, IS Assurance team within BDO is a gem for you....Read More
