Dislikes

No work life balance, no fix working timings, making all employees work till late night that also after 12:00 am. Calling employees on non working days. Huge politics. No understanding between the manager and the other employees.

Nothing is good here. People are fake and unlike corporate, you have to call them Ma'am or sir otherwise they get triggered and make your life hell..

Dislikes

Everything. Working culture, work hours, people and management with attitude. No one will help you or adjust for yourself. Everyone wants to make your life hell. You have to be available on Saturday if there is no work then also you have to be work if they call. I got frustrated and leave this company due to politics and helplessness.

There is no hierarchy followed. There is no increment or salary hike. The management will shift you to the client site without even informing you. There is no work life balance at all.
