The people in the junior/associate level are really good. If you are between the age of 22-27, you'll find a lot of people of your age to hangout with. Please note you won't learn anything new from them since most of them will be at the same career stage as yours, it's just that you'll not get bored during office hours since there will be a lot of cool people to socialize and hangout with.

I've worked here for 2 years. So, if you are planning to join please read all the mentioned points: - I joined on Jan 2023, and the first red flag I noticed was that whatever points that were mentioned in the interview regarding my roles and responsibilities were completely different from my actual work. When I talked about it with my TL & teammates I got to know that it has happened with everyone else. - The company does not follow absolutely anything that is mentioned in your offer letter. For example, in the offer letter it's mentioned as Saturday's will be a working day but once you join you'll be forced to work on Sundays as well making it a 7-day work week with working hours exceeding 90 hrs per week with no extra pay. - Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory working days. Your week-offs will be decided by the management, your leaves will be decided by the management. There's no fixed work timings because it's also decided by the management. Today you'll be working from 9am to 7am, tomorrow you'll be asked to work from 2pm to 1am, you never know. - There's no concept of taking leaves, even if you are given 24 leaves every year, you won't be allowed to avail them. If you try to take leaves, you'll be threatened to get fired. - I've seen people getting fired just because they were hospitalized for emergency situation or are bed-ridden due to sickness since the management felt like they are taking a lot of leaves and are no good for the company. - You are not allowed to take leaves even on public/national holidays. Yes, I've worked on Diwali, Holi, Independence day, Christmas and New Years. And if you try to take leaves you already know what happens. - The founders of the company are a group of young guys who are in there 20s, so it feels like the company is run by all the uncles who are at the President/Directors/VP/AVP positions who are comparatively more experienced and qualified than the founders itself. This creates a pathetic environment and a very toxic work place where the internal teams are always in a conflict and are busy blaming each others since there is no set process in place. - I used to manage the data of Sales and Marketing team and I know how the core Sales and Marketing teams are exploited, making them work for 11-12 hrs every day including Sat/Sun days with no leaves/holidays just to meet sales target. - I've seen people facing severe consequences when they try to raise their voice against the unethical systems followed in the office. I've seen people crying in cabins, people getting fired with no proper explanation/reason, delaying salaries and incentives. - There's no proper training and you are expected to deliver quality work without any error. Your respect will go down the drain once you make a slight mistake that is not even done by you, cuz the person who actually made the mistake is a part of a bigger and stronger team. - And there are other miscellaneous problems as well like the office space is very small, if you come late to the office you won't find any chair to sit, you either have to use a broken chair or have to wait for someone else to leave there seat. - There's not enough parking space, you have to park your vehicle on road-side which will be around 200-250 meters away from the office. - The office space is always dirty since the office staff are never there for cleaning. - The men's washroom are like the once's present in the railway stations, it's so small it can't accommodate more than 3 people at a time. For female's washroom only one person is allowed to enter, I've seen female collogues waiting in a queue just to use the washroom. Overall the company is not a great place to start your career. I'll never forget the things I faced during my tenure. I tried very hard to leave in my first year itself but the job market was so bad that I was not able to switch, by the time I got a better offer I had already completed my 2 years. So, if you are looking out for a job and if you get an offer from this company, I would strongly suggest to wait for some time and look out for other opportunities which will help you grow personally and professionally. Fraud company, I will tell you their pattern! 1. Invest a lot of money in advertising and marketing! get kids by sales team and demo by poor trainers who have no choice! Dear parents, be careful, these people speak lies and fake promises and ignore after sales. Dear Trainers, do not give your loyalty to this fraud company as they misuse you. 2. While hiring they create hopes, they say you are the employee of the company! BUT DO YOU WORK IN A COMPANY WHICH DONT GIVE YOU EXPIREANCE LETTER? YES, this is how this company cheated many trainers saying that you as a VENDOR employee in the end! (it means you are not officially the employee but third party!) 3. Too much work pressure and penalties for their mistakes 4. Curriculum of Bhanzu is not prepared by so called NILAKANTA BHANU, but by immature curriculum team. They attribute it to Bhanu! They plagiarizes the work of others too! 5. Salary is not fixed but keeps changing just like Tuglaq dynasty. 6. One of the funniest thing is upskilling programme which has no use ( you have to keep on getting upskill for UKG classes which has not help to you outside of this company nor in this company!
