The only good thing is Work life balance

Dislikes

If you are only earning member in your family than never join this company. There is no job security at all. Apart from that you may learn few things or upgrade your skills. But you can get fired in a day. Company is small but they have Maintained the structure. Salaries are on time but if you are not performing they can deduct yoursalary from 1st month. No work life balance. Need to work late night always. No compansation leaves or other benefits. Middle management politics. No growth for experienced developers.

I joined as fresher and it was good learning curve for me. Management is always supportive. I never experienced any politics. As workspace, Biz4 is really good. Teammates are always very helpful which makes Biz4 amazing in work culture. I am proud person as part of Biz4. Always get chance to work on cutting edge technology.

Dislikes

There is no on-job training for fresher. Sometimes it becomes difficult to maintain work-life balance but over the year's it is improving.
