They will put you in PIP when cost cutting will happen. There is no job security here. Also once you leave the company, you cannot join any other Bank or Bank supporting company like SBI or TCS or TechM due to their Non-poaching agreement for 1 year. No individual employee benefits. You can not talk to HR directly. They sit in secret room.

No work life balance. They'll make you work for 12 hours and won't even give overtime and expect you to work on the weekend as well even though officially it's a holiday.
