Company provides good annual hikes, bonuses and annual gifts. 42 leaves, nice medical policy. Employer retiral contribution is separate from the CTC, hence whole CTC comes as in hand salary. It provides company sponsored accesses to learning sites like udemy, plural sites and certification courses. Work life balance is good. Free tea coffee and evening snack.

Worst company culture . They will treat you as a slave. No proper work timings . Holiday doesn't mean holiday here.Even if it's national holiday or you are on your planned vacation ,they will call you to finish your anytime.Even if it is 12:30 in the night or weekend.No extra allowances .seriously they need to learn some work ethics.Bad politics in the team which is mostly South India dominated.

I am happy to review of BNY Mellon Technologies, the company is good for new learner and practitioner, I would like to appreciate to HR who cared regarding compensation process which is very difficult to understand. also I thankful to previous managers who gave me opportunity to continue work with BNY Mellon from Vendor Payroll to company payroll. * Work pressure is very in our dept. but I managed it. * Not appreciate from management. * No proper process of our department, changing every week which is very difficult to used through. * Team Leaders are not qualified and responsible with their work * Managers are only like speaking parrots not deserves for their designations * Ratings and appraisals happens only on relation with team leaders and managers *Job security is Zero in this company one day you will be asked for meeting with HR and get notice for early leaving company because of Leading off....Read More

I was working with BNY Mellon as Tech Lead in Remote Desktop Team Level 2, assist to BNY Mellon Employees remotely and physically globally, work process is good but, they changing process every week which is very difficult to work and used through.

I don't like anything in BNY Mellon everything is managed from Chennai and they give promotion to only south Indian guys. HR and upper level management are BIAS they don't hear anything from you.

I have lost my 4 years while working in BNY Mellon Technology in India I would advise anyone not to join in TSG Team , lot of politics involve as well south Indian guys getting promoted here only.
