In equal distribution on work , pramotion and salary , in the last 2 years there were n number of freshers and there is only new hiring and the existing resources are exploited. They new joine have better pay than seniors and trainers. The position they got through promotion is now an entry level position. This leased no work satisfaction.

If you are in a good team it is somehow ok. Leaves Criteria is very Excellent. Annually we have 36 Days as Leaves. But no Indian Holidays(Need to work on occasional Holidays and Festival Holidays).

Dislikes

Management is Worst exceptionally HR team. From the day i started working they made all false promises. Almost 2 years i have worked over there daily they use to make me work for a 10-11 Hours and not given a single penny of overtime for the hours worked. And for salary hike also they have not given at least an increment of 1% in that 2 Years.

1. They have been considerate enough to allow employees working from from, even before the lockdown started. 2. They have taken care of all the work accessories we would need while working from home by delivering them at our house.

1. Workload has increased tremendously and it has impacted work-life balance very badly. We don't get a few seconds to relax within work hours and we are doing over-time for 1-2 hours every day. 2. We are not allowed to take our hard-earned leaves at our will. We are said that no 2 persons' leaves can overlap because of which it's very hard to take leaves when we want. In the middle of September, manager asks us to plan our leaves for the rest of the year which is not an easy thing to do. 3. For a major part of this year, there was short staffing because of high attrition. Higher management needs to think of ways to keep people motivated. 4. We have to sit for hours continuously staring the screen which raises a lot of health concerns. Company should think of policies that allows employees to take small breaks in between....Read More
