If talking about the compensation then survival is also tough if you are single earning member of the family. Internal politics is way too high,new people do not stay in this company for more than max 5 years or else are made to leave if joined at senior position(upper management) The fixed,upper management is way too rigid even after the takeover of Siemens so no new cultural changes have taken place after the takeover. And at the end of the day is all about compensation This is the worst thing anyone could ever imagine....Read More
