The learning opportunities are great here, you get to work on latest technologies.

Dislikes

The hikes and appraisal system here is not dependent on your performance but completely on how your relation is with your manager and director, how likely you are to leave the company. The only way to get decent hike is to resign.

Workplace can get toxic real fast under some micro-managers, always doubting and secretly checking your login and logout time, commenting on leaves etc. Worst appraisal procedure Too much politics, only people close to managers will get bonuses and awards for doing absolutely nothing. No increments in 3 years, financial growth doesn't exist, reasons for not giving increments/appraisals just keep on coming</mark>. The thing that I liked the most about working in Calsoft was that you get to do a lot of challenging work which always keeps you intrigued and provides with a lot of exposure to learn new skills, domains and have faster career growth.

Dislikes

The major setbacks are the management and salary/appraisal. Even if you perform great, you still got to fight a lot to get compensation justifiable to your efforts.
