The company was good,and realy adopted latest technology.company worked in delhi metro,bangalore metro and jaipur metro and achieved the goal wsuccessfully without any problem,all above three project Iwas the part of team.I learned a lot there.

In the end of project of jaipur metro,management got very change after that working culture also changed that is why progress got slow

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology in civil engineering field. I love the fact that. I am a part of team. As result I got a high increment in my salary and as incentive also. Another plus point is that, This is a MNC company and I feel so good to work here.

Dislikes

There are a very good culture of work but the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 24 house straight in a day.managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most the times.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenge h as I have look after the 6 kmtr stretch of viaduct out of 10 kmtr individualy with a team. I am the all in all of that team and take all responsibility of this stretch.
