There is nothing in this organization to like about.

Dislikes

The worst organization I have ever worked with. These people are so terrible and manipulative. They do not have transparent policies. They exploit the employee the lowest level possible. No work life balance is there and also they do not have any career growth. I have worked for 2 years and they have made my life hell. I do not suggest anyone to join this organization.

I must say work life balance is great. In terms of compensation, it's good. Colleagues are very cooperative and helpful. It's a great place to work for women.

There's is nothing as such but yes for career growth, it takes a very long time.
