Every thing is good only HR, Purchase and sales department. For Accounts is worst scenario. Even u have told in interview that is 5 days company but actually it's six day & strict timings . Note that goods comments are written are by those persons who wants to come back .

Every things are dislike no medical claim apart from conveyance and pf.

Likes

Teammates and managers are very supportive, also from other departments. Owners of the company treat every employee as their family member. Work environment and work space is very good. Salary and other benefits are fair and paid on time.

Work Details

I struggle a bit in the beginning as company was relocating but then I got to learn new things.They also provided training of SAP for all staff as software got upgraded. I got Chance to learn new things, it help me out to taste different roles
