The organization provides very good learning opportunity and this makes it different from other market players. It has good salary structure, mediclaim policy, admin and HR policies.
One can develop their skills and get rare opportunities at very early in their career.
Since manpower is very optimized, team building and bonding is utmost important here. Collegues are from across the world and all work in healthy collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but when it comes to career progression its slow. Work pressure is very high on those who actually work, i would say unequal distribution of work load.
Rarely (but it happens) when your decision goes wrong, you might land up loosing your job also.

Work

My work is challenging but interesting. I am mostly into tasks which are more to develop the system and then train the people to work on it. I also work on tasks which are critical for organizational business. So it requires working hard and smart.

Quality of work is low. Very little scope for learning. Beaurocratic culture, no clear policy on career progression. No vision for employees growth and work satisfaction. No standard work procedures, role clarity, accountability.

Management should have a vision for organization and employees. HR policies must be clear. Process must be standardised. Role clarity and accountability should be there.
