We can take decision on trouble shooting and easily access with superiors for approval and clarification. People are good for learning.Expecially technical head. Learn more from them.

Dislikes

Worst HR department policy. They do partiality on people. l.e.bond related things. They collect bond amount from some people and for some people they won't collect. Not at all taking any initiaves on food arrangement. Policies they repeatedly changing for their convience. But that won't beneficial for employees. Once u give resignation suddenly they will change policy that u need to pay increment amount in return. Ur notice is extended now. Totally bad - HR department. For holidays they won't pay double wage also....Read More

Culture needs to be changed and system in the company is person oriented rather than system oriented. No growth , Responsibility with out authority and decisions are made by single non technical person. Professionals are not utilized properly. Not willing to adopt new changes and depends on old systems and crude way of working. Unions have power towards management and top management are in yes boss position HR is not employee oriented, they need to be improved.
