There will be assured no growth in career or work satisfaction, very talented institution indeed,they know to do business. They will recruit, put you under probation , make you work under hectic pressure without any benefits or even to the least confirmation of job, they will make youfeel inferior about yourself in all ways and they will make you resign by yourself.. for that you get to pay and get relieved... if you are okay with everything and ready to be under probation for a long period of 5 -7 year with zero benifits then that's your job!! If not don't be happy having appointment letter from this perticular institution !!! Try to explore world more good opportunities are waiting... All the best......Read More
