Being it was Good, but later company wants to profit only nobody bother about employees die or alive..

Dislikes

There is no use of escalation, Management will listen your problem but they will not work on that. Basically no use if you inform several times.. last you need take steps to quite your job as they not left any option. It's not employee friendly atall..

The work culture is very toxic.Very less salary and big mouths. Most of the statements/promises are fake.Noone follows any policy.Favourite employees of managers only can exist over there.The word "Hardwork" is not present in their dictionary.No transport facility is provided while visiting from one unit to another.People over here are very egocentric.There is negligible career growth you will have in Cloudnine....Read More

Ones you entered in the hospital you will not feel you’re in Home, the work culture in cloudnine is like you will gel automatically. Each and everyone supports you and make you feel comfortable, management always supports you whenever you need the.

Dislikes

I dont have anything much to say about dislikes. Just cloudnine should this ones free baby setting , Gym or yoga session compulsory to everyone, higher education advise for non medical employees, and training to develop leader qualities or education assistance.
