Their work culture is too worst, They don’t follow HR complaince properly. Their appraisal system is not fair. Management don’t confirm their new hires just to save their yearly budget (in appraisal amount). HR team attrition is too high (please check their job openings for the position- Asst. Mgr compensation & Benefits), from last year till now 3 people have left the department due to manger behavioural issues. Only senior employees have all the perks in India - HQ. They don’t have an effective grievance management to listen complaince issues. HR department is worst department amongst all. Pathetic experience working with them....Read More
