Company 's management is all about politics. Learning graph is quite low. Working environment is toxic. Hence there is no work life balance.

The biggest & major concern is to be the accommodation of unqualified people at the top who has zero capabilities and skills to run a company of this magnitude. I don't agree with putting a person at the top just cos he has been in the company since its inception which paved the way for numerous issues in the Operations. These few people are found to be extremely crooked, unfair, and unethical by all means. Unfortunately, the directors at the top don't understand their peculiar, biased style of working on the ground cos of their blind trust in these people. If you're in good books of them, all the prospects shall come your way, if not, you shall be thrown out irrespective of you performing fabulously or not. People who have got the stuff, knowledge, and has integrity up their sleeves, please stay out of this company's reach. Negatives as per my 2 years of experience in coronis 1) The worst part about coronis is their HR policies, u will literally feel how much the policies are irritating, even though that policies are not required or that cannot be seen in other good and reputed companies. 2) as this is small company so most of the management persons are known or good friend to each others. This creates a biasedness among their favorite and performing employees and even good and performing employees somtimes becomes a victim of the dirty politics. 3) for fresher i strictly recommend to not to join this company, because it has 3 years contract and moreover appraisal policy is also not good for them. 4) company is not professional. They donot have even microsoft office installed, company just do jugaad(makeshifter) for most of the professional work. Sometimes it is very irritating. 5) Every friday, fundoo friday is celebrated by some games or activities, which come under positive point as it helps to make environment happier, but all this are done only to flaunt the company activities, real thing is they didnt care abt employees environment. 6) appraisal policy- appraisal policy was good till 2021. But it is worst now(but as comparison to market it is also good than some companies) 7) it is shame to a company which doesnot have even a rest/medical room in the company. Many times in case of emergency the employees are sent home only. Doesnt have proper place to rest when somebody is ill. 8)parking facility not good- i used to park my bike outside the company bcz sometimes they didnt allow to park inside. Talking about job security, yes coronis provide the job security to their employees. Company has set up a work culture very well specially HR designed it per employee satisfaction I found management somewhere biased. They have selection of people to whom they provide benefits as per their bonding. Management only gives to feedback to improve your area but they never stated the ways to improve. Teammates are very helping in nature Training is well planned Coronis provide job security to their employees Career Growth opportunities are widely opened by organization but when it comes to employees only operation management quantized on the basis of their bonding with the employees. i am very thankful to the organization as they brought many IJPs in the past and it is still continued.
