Good company for freshers only Very good scope of learning new skills. Good package for college hires

No work life balance More of college culture (attendance, be on desk, 9 hours in office etc.) Experience employee feels neglected. (BU leads and HR supercede everything) No WFH or hybrid culture (no flexibility)

- Full resting and playing cards. - Good for one who is married and wants to stay in ahmedabad. - No stress and work for only 1 hr per day(Scrum) - Full on brotherhood in the company and culture is super awesome.

Dislikes

- Too much politics, favouritism by the senior management who themselves are incapable. - In case you are in placed in one department, irrespective of your skill where there is no good work, then you wont be heard by anyone. - Try to get out in 1-2 years of joining, or else no one will ever hire you, coz they make your skill so weak and make you work in certain skill less projects.

The only thing I like is that, you're free to work any where. You're not required to sit at your desk and do your task.

Dislikes

1. NO actual development work is there. They just try to fool the customer. 2. NO work life balance. Manager pressurise to work after hours and expect us to be on time in morning as well. NO OverTime is provided. 3.Appraisal rating criteria is the worst. If you're doing your job perfectly they will rate you 3 out of 5, as you're just doing your job. If you want more rating, then they expect you to work after hours, doing something extra-ordinary, etc. 4. NO work from home or extra privileges for employees who works inside VOVO area....Read More

It is am amazing company, fun environment, no micro management and entire leadership is very supportive of people. They take care of employees manage their work life balance very well. I have been here for 2 years and this is much much much better then the previous Pune companies that I have worked for. I am happy for this decision.

Unfortunately I am moving to the US after working at CDS for 2 years. I would not have left if it was not the move. I loved every bit of it. the work environment and work culture and management and HR is all very good. It is a great first job and I learnt so much. I would strongly recommend CDS.

Company is going strong in this economy. I ave been working here for 3 year. It is very employee friendly company. Work environment is very flexible. There is no micro mgmt. There is a lot of flexibility on WFH and loan and other perks. The only criteria is that you have to perform.

The work environment is good. There is no micro management. The projects are decent. The management and HR is good . At least they are trying to do things for employees unlike many other companies. They gave good appraisal in this economy while my previous company gave 0% hike.
