I really enjoyed working with BD team everyone is very helpful over here and always ready to take the initiative to help others and a positive environment and there is alot of scope to ,earn here and i personally thank to Binay, kunik, Munaz, sakshi and JP bhai all the team members are really motivated and of good nature too.

I did not liked that there is no flexibility over Work from home on health and other emergencies that can occur in someone's life i think that it should be more easy for the employs side if they get an understanding mindset from their seniors during some health or functions and i would also say that it can help the organization to be more free towards their staff as they can also work more hard as there will be a flexible environment. I think they should change their old policy and start with a more flexible mindset....Read More

Good place to learn. I was unaware about this industry altogether before joining this company. Learnt management standards like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI etc.

Dislikes

Salaries not at par with industry standard. Negotiations happen at the end of the financial year for appraisals where usually senior management wins the negotiation.
