The culture is laid back for most parts. It fosters self learning and the management is quite supportive of a slow learning curve.

Dislikes

The pay is below industry standard. The technology is a bit arcane and once you start working in C++ it's impossible to move technologies. The gender ratio is terrible in most departments. No onsite opportunities and it's a taboo to even talk about Work from home.

Work Details

It's great for the most part but the technology is stagnant so there is no scope for a T shaped knowledge growth. You need to know 1 technology in depth that's it.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
