I have enjoyed so much with my team, its been a memorable period over my career. I can suggest my thoughts at any time with no politics and learnt many things both life and job. I could be able to balance my life with a small amount of remuneration and it satisfied sometimes. Appraisal has been done as per productivity wise, it seems the good management techniques. Good amount of training has been given at the joining stage is very appreciable. The half yearly outing program is very good and make me refresh over the stress.
