Job security but depends on the team.

Financial professional qualified, wont have any growth here Salary is too low for analyst, they won't pay allowance for first peak. Manager are very poor in managing the resources, They manage like school teacher. if you change your sitting they will question you like teacher. cafeteria is not maintained well , you can see many cockroach's in your coffee cups Work pressure is too high in peak time 12 hrs shift.
