- Transition of the Chairman to a non-executive role has marked the beginning of noticable changes in the organizational culture and leadership dynamics. - Toxic behaviour from upper management. - Lack of accountability for leadership actions. - Rampant favouritism by upper management. - Policies and processes exist largely only on paper selectively enforced on junior/mid level staff but overlooked for upper management highlighting ongoing concerns about fairness, accountability and ethical conduct within HR purview....Read More
