They have a very strict break timings 15 min morning break 45 min lunch break and break timings are fixed for all the employees.... senior's or managers shouts on employer on floor in front of other team members...very insulting behaviour of managers.... didn't approves your leaves easily you have to take higher management approvalsfor 1 day leave... Mentally pressurise the employee.....not satisfied left the company in just 6 months...Read More

Nothing, they don't respect to their employees, the owner of the company is sujata verma, she only wants people who can profitable to her company and don't listen to anyone, she is like dictator, instantly fire and terminate people who are sitting on higher positions, not trustworthy and helpful to their employees.

Worst company I have ever joined if you are late 2 minutes they will mark you as half day portal only they are having naukri and it is used by 5 people and they want submission of 5-8 per day naukri portal always get crashed because of users worst company manager shouting to employees people can't even go to washroom.
