Where do I start, very friendly working culture. There is a lot of importance that the senior member give to the employees. No salary deductions on pity things, if you are late by 20 mins... no issues! Just complete your 8 hours and keep your manager well Informed. There is Flexibility in working schedule for employees who are also students who aspire to work along with their studies. There is an open door policy and you can address your issues very quickly to the senior most members and they resolve it like family....Read More

I loved the working experience I got at DLT. The Seniors are always there to walk you through any difficulties and the open door policy helps address the concerns. You can talk directly to the senior most managers and talk openly about what is bothering you and they value your feedback.
