Managers are rude especially IDC department. No proper team to execute projects. Senior Managers have 0 tech skills, Just talk rubbish. Increments are done very late like sep-oct and forget your increments if you are on resignation at the time of increments even though you have worked almost full year. 2. Almost everything is good. No technical growth because most of the defence systems here are assembled and tested. For someone who works on some kind of technology or programming skills have no growth or work here. It's all about assembling and testing. Except this, job security is good, culture is good, management is good, company policies are almost good.

Dislikes

There is no real work for learners and technical candidates.
