Not a Great place to work. Before 2 years the work environment was good but now a days this is not a good place to work with defsys.

According to my experience this culture not good for doing the job . This company is not understanding the employee ability and skills. I am working around 3 years in that company and September 2023 was my last working month. Before join that company think 1000 times for the same. We all visit company website to have experience, Defsys have created the website that visitor may impressed but when we enter and started working, website come in our mind what they have showed and what they are totally horrible.

Dislikes

Managment are dictator, they can create any policy any time without any knowledge and put on employees. They forcefully took the resign by saying its a managment decision. HR come day prior of audit to take your sign on traning formats. Salary and appraisal depende how much compliment you to higher managment.
