I am very satisfied my position with Delvens. I got support in enhancing my skills and managers support in growing. Work-life is very well balanced here.

This company is a start-up company so right now my salary is little low which I suppose will get better with its growth.

Working at Delvens is challenging due to the lack of a fixed schedule and high pressure .The company culture is stressful, and there is no increase in salary. in many aspects it is a poor comapany to work
