My experience with Demographic HR Services - A cautionary note I interviewed with demographic HR services in march and was selected for the role. During the interviewed I was told that my primary responsibility would be to generate leads from the data provided by the company. However, after joining, the expectations began changing drastically. Despite what was communicated during the interview and induction, I was not informed about having daily targets . Soon after starting management began increasing my targets without any discussion or notice. Every morning and evening , I was called into meetings where the tone was harsh and demoralizing -- I was repeatedly told that I was not serious about the job and accused of wasting time, regardless of how hard I was actually working. If daily targets weren't met, they would mark me as a absent, and the threat of termination was constantly used to instill fear.| The work environment was extremely micro managed, and there was no proper system for communication or support. Even when you gave your best, they would create a scenarios to make it appear as if your performance was poor. There is complete lack of trust between employees and management. Salary disbursement was an another issue---- I have to constantly beg for the money rightfully earned. There was no respect for the employees and their efforts<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No proper training was provided and there was no work life balance at all</mark>. Even after logging out they will forced to attend meeting. Eventually the pressure become unbearable. The environment is structured in such a way that you are left with no option but to either resign or be terminated under the pretext of poor performance .
