Dhani's owner is very good. But those who lead the organization are immature, lacking in foresight as a result of employees are fired. They were called again a few days later. The business plan is wrong. It's the owner's misfortune.

Even if you do a good job here, the position of the employee does not improve or deteriorates.

Very bad. Only for Management wrong dicession.
